HaiR 3Rs
In an exciting development for the industry, we are thrilled to announce that Stevi will be joining us as a HaiR-3Rs Ambassador. This partnership is a natural fit for Stevi, whose approach to hairstyling goes beyond mere aesthetics. Her consultations are renowned for their inclusivity and deep empathy; she genuinely cares for the person in the chair, focusing not only on how they wear their hair but also on what makes them feel safe and valued. This commitment aligns seamlessly with the principles of the HaiR-3Rs program, which emphasises the role of hairdressers as trusted confidants who can make a real difference in their clients' lives.
Hair3R's offers essential training and resources for professionals in the hair, beauty, and personal care sectors across Australia. This program equips individuals with skills to recognise signs of family violence, respond to disclosures safely, and support clients in accessing professional help. Endorsed by major industry bodies such as the Australian Hairdressing Council, ARA Hair and Beauty, and Hair Stylists Australia, HaiR-3Rs is a vital initiative for empowering salon professionals to make a positive impact in their communities.
We are also excited to share that HaiR-3Rs will be joining CPR as an education partner in 2025. We look forward to introducing their comprehensive training program at Salon Forum 2025, followed by an education Zoom session for all salons. This collaboration promises to enhance the standard of education and support available to salon professionals, helping them leverage their skills for the greater good and making a meaningful difference in the lives of their clients.
